We review existing plans you may have and carry out analysis on these plans and make recommendations to ensure that you have appropriate plans in place suitable for your needs.

On-going services offered:

We offer an ongoing service where we review your account every 12 months and inform you of new recommendations or changes that may be relevant to your circumstances. This service can be cancelled at any time. Please ask us for more details. More details on the services we offer will be provided separately.
If you have a complaint or dispute with us, you are entitled to make a complaint. We have a complaints procedure that is available on request. If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us either in writing, by telephone or email.
